I have been specializing in Property Maintenance work for the last 2 years, now going to business for myself. My skill set is Rod, including painting, drywall repair, sink and faucet replacement or repair, and general handyman services. I can even replace doors and do exterior pressure washing. I have a truck and trailer so I can also haul off unwanted trash for service fee. I work in the greater Albany area mainly but I have no problem traveling as far south as Eugene OR as far north as Portland depending on the scale of the job.
