Genie Appliance Repair

Great experience. Our dryer was having issues with starting and with drying. Scheduled an estimate within two days of calling. Aidan called to me let me know he’s be early, he diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. He was back when the part came in and the dryer worked for a bit and then had other issues. Aidan came back and found additional issues with the motor. He apologized and made the situation right and replaced the motor. He didn’t over charge us for the additional labor. I really feel like Genie has integrity and really cares about their customers. Twenty loads later, the dryer is better than it was before it started breaking down. Genie will be the only company I’ll call for appliance repair.

It is so hard to find a repair person for appliances, but Genie is a good one. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

We didn’t need an ice maker but repairing done on why ice maker wasn’t working. He was excellent in knowing what needed to be done.

Great! The repairman had the part on hand. In about 1/2 hour the freezer was repaired at a reasonable price.

I contacted Tim and he was able to come that afternoon to diagnose the problem. We set a time, he contacted me when he was on his way and he showed up at the agreed time. He was very professional, suspected the problem from my description over the phone but checked to make sure it was the cooling fan. We set up a followup appointment to install the new fan. Again he called prior to coming to let me know his arrival time. Within 45 min the old fan was removed and the new one installed. The oven works like new. The only complaint is that I was charged a larger diagnostic fee for his first visit since I was out of his service area. This was not explained to me when I scheduled the appointment. Other than that I would have given him a perfect recommendation.

This technician was incredible. As the problem was with the drain, he only charged me the service fee. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice to deal with.
