I was originally happy with service but then i found that Priority Moving damaged the carport at my apartment building. They didn't tell me or Michael about it and he was surprized hearing about it and accused my landlord and me of lying instead of letting insurance company to deal with it. He was rude and defensive. Then i told him that one of his guys also damaged my antique table, part of the leg came off and he just reatached it and didnt tell me. He didnt know i saw it happening when he pulled the table across the floor in the living room and he said in a high tone that since table is standing now thereis nothing wrong with it then he hang up on me.

We were on a tight schedule and needing the packing / move to happen on specific dates. Josh, form Priority Moving, was able to accommodate us. The first day, a 3 person crew came to pack our house. They were friendly, professional, careful, and efficient. The second day, the same 3 person crew came to load the truck with what was previously packed, the furniture, and other item (i.e. bbq grill, bikes, etc). They skillfully took apart a big section in order to get it out of the basement (and reassembled it at the destination).

Our daughter and son-in-law used Priority Moving Services in Dec. of 2016 and were extremely pleased, so they highly recommended them for our 6/28/18 move from a 3500 SF house in Tigard to an 1845 SF house in Gresham. Wow! We were flat-out amazed at the speed, care (the wrapping and padding were excellent), professionalism, and pleasant, positive attitude of our team of 3 movers, Brandon, Chris, and Alex G. They were so energetic and organized! It’s hard to believe that they accomplished all that work (we had a ton of stuff!) so quickly without any damage or mishaps. The bill was more reasonable than we’d expected because they were so fast. Hopefully we’ll never have to move again—LOL—but if we ever do, we wouldn’t use anyone other than Priority Moving Services.

Alex and Anthony came over with a big truck and loaded all our furniture and unloaded it at the new house in only 5 hours. They were very polite, professional, friendly and helpful. They got to work and quickly and easily loaded everything up no matter how heavy it was. They took great care in wrapping our furniture for protection and carrying it through the houses, even up and down lots of stairs. They worked great as a team and got along very well. We were very impressed with the speed and care of their services. We will definitely remember Priority Moving Services when we need help moving something again.

These guys were perfect! Brandon and Carlos arrived on time, they were courteous and skilled, they moved fast but took care of each item. Not a scratch, not a wrong turn. They disassembled my huge bedframe and put it all together at the new place. Everything was done as well as I could have hoped for. All that on a 100 degree day.

Alex and Jack were our movers, and they were top-notch: fast, considerate, careful, and energetic. They were so quick and focused that we were finished in less than three hours, and our move included a 40-minute drive from one location to the next. Our boxes, furniture, and other items arrived safely and in good shape. Couldn't recommend these guys more — they were friendly, on-point, and did a fantastic job.

Overall - would not use again. Movers were very quick which is appreciated when paying an hourly rate, but the lack of attention to detail was significant enough we would go with someone else who would take more time to do it right. Pros: Movers were very quick. Had an expensive hourly rate for a 2 person team, but did it in about half the time of another move I did a few years ago with similar furniture and 2-person team so the cost came out about the same. Professional mannerisms. Nothing was irreparably damaged, but see note below about mattresses. Cons: Pretty significant lack of attention to detail. - Mattresses both had many large wood splinters embedded in the side, as if they had been dragged along the truck bed (an assumption on my part). Took a lot of work to get them out (several hrs of vacuum, tweezers) before we could put on the sheets. When asked, movers said they had put the mattresses on a blanket in the truck but that doesn't matter if they are dragged out. - Bookcases placed with shelves towards the wall, or in the center of the room (not kidding.) - Furniture placed right up against the wall (entertainment center, beds) so no room to run TV cables, no room to put on sheets, etc - had to scoot them out again.

The guys came a bit late but they did such a good job, and they knew what they were doing and how long it would take, so everything went perfectly in terms of time. They wrapped valuable things so carefully that now that I am unpacking them I can see how well they did it. Truly a professional job. And they were courteous and pleasant, nice to have around and work with. I felt confident that the stuff was being treated well. They were respectful and followed orders cheerfully.

Priority moved us from our home into a third party storage facility about 2 years ago and they made it an easy process, so we called them again when it was time to move back into our house. Josh was very clear in explaining the base costs and the variables that would impact the final cost of the move.
Randy, Daniel, and Nathan arrived at the storage facility on time, did a survey of the contents of the 2 units, and immediately got to work. They had a definite rhythm to their work, which included carefully dismantling the contents of the units, organizing our boxes, furniture, and other items for loading on the truck safely. They worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully. Each one knowing what they needed to do. Upon arriving at the house, they again took a few minutes to survey the house, understand what we wanted where, and then got to work. They completed the job in less time than either we or they anticipated (and without a mark on the newly painted walls!) and thanked us for our business before they left.

Fabulous! Pre-Move, Josh was punctual and thorough in his walk through of my home and estimating my needs and the cost. He had several helpful suggestions for keeping the cost down. My moving dates changed throughout the process and every time I would email Josh with a question or date change, he was on top of things. I received responses promptly and his follow-through was outstanding. The crew worked extremely hard, and were a pleasure to be with. They took good care of all my belongings, wrapping everything in moving blankets and shrink wrap. They listened, and were responsive and eager to please. I would recommend them without hesitation and could not be more pleased.
