I'm a licensed General Residential Contractor in Oregon and have been improving properties for as long as I've owned tools (about 40 years). I grew up spending summers working for my uncle, an electrician, and my Dad, who was a general contractor, renovating and restoring older houses in Pennsylvania. More recently I have renovated 9 houses and sold them for profit in my spare time as we moved around the country. I have been renovating and improving properties (both my own and friends and family's houses) my whole life. I love envisioning a project and seeing the improvement come to life.
