"Hi [Member Name Removed], I just noticed this review and I apologize for the late response. I notice we have been providing you continued service from 2011-2017 and I had no idea you had a bad experience with us. Our technicians install Nest thermostats all the time so I am not sure why they did not provide you with any information. Also, I do not show a service on your furnace for the amount of $350 so maybe you can give me more details and I can see what repairs, if any, were done and if the charges were correct. Sincerely, Melissa McDowell"
I had a 2nd repair company from Portland, and the replaced the fuses (about $10) and the started right up and cooled the house down right away (on a 100+ degree day). I've NO idea how a professional could have missed blown fuses.
Edit: To clarify, the company from Portland (well, Gresham actually) charged a trip fee, so my total was $119. Checking the quote from McDowell and son, the total was going to be $4,769. Although, he later emailed me saying "...it is recommended to also replace the copper line set to the outdoor unit." He didn't give a price for that.
"Hi [removed member name], Thanks for your review. We really appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our services. Melissa McDowell"
