Excellent from beginning to end. Very professional outfit from initial visit, quote, scheduling, work, followup. Price was reasonable, work quality went above and beyond, and radon levels dropped well below even the contractual level.

I'd give them an A+ if it were available. The specialists that worked on our system were prompt, respectful of our property, very skilled and wore masks as appropriate. They came out multiple times (over three months) to get the Radon level even lower than the contract required. Our initial Radon reports were around 3 pCu/L and the eventual test of the mitigation system was 0.8 pCu/L. We were very impressed with their professionalism and would suggest them to anyone without any reservations.

The whole process from testing, system design and installation went better than I ever expected. Everyone at this company was professional, competent and friendly. They answered all my questions, the installation went great and they were able to reduce my radon levels to barely detectable levels. I would recommend this company to anyone needing radon mitigation.

Professional service with excellent attention to detail.

The radon system was requested to be placed on the south side or rear of the house. It ended up being installed on the north side of the house, with the fan unit located in the driveway. Inquiry calls as to why this had been done were not returned. Very frustrating.

It all went very smooth and professional. The job was done in much less time than predicted. All parties involved, installer and electrician, were very knowledgeable and professional. The pump and pipe that is the exhaust system is installed so well, that it looks as though it came with the house. The pipe in the basement takes up very little room, and again, was installed without much notice. The pump is very quiet. I am very pleased at the job, and price, and feel better spending time in my basement.

The entire process was great. Steve came out to give an estimate and he was on time, friendly, professional and thorough as far as explaining our options. Their office admins were great at explaining the prep work and what to expect. They were able to put us on the schedule quickly. When our system was installed, our tech showed up right on time and was very friendly. The install was clean and quick. The tech was so thoughtful he even called later to remind me that my dryer was still unplugged. Our system really isn't that loud and I'm pleased with that. Most importantly, I appreciated that they were on time, did a quality job with exactly what they said they'd do without any delays and were extremely customer-friendly. I would highly recommend Cascade Radon.

Estimate and installation were great, but the new fan is so loud that I have to turn it off to enjoy our back yard. After my second request someone came to measure the noise, and reported that it is normal, but he did give me advice on sound insulation.

Excellent company, design staff, office staff and job site tech crew. Knew what needed doing, did it and cleaned up in an efficient and timely manner. Radon levels were reduced from as high as 10 to 0.4.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to do things right and we went from 18 to 1 on the radon meter. Excellent work, polite and professional, clean and tidy. And the price was better than competitors.

I got estimates from a number of providers, and Cascade was the only one that had timely communication and a competitive price while also coming to my house to do the estimate (many providers simply gave estimates over the phone, which I don't think is a good practice for something like a radon mitigation system.) I would definitely recommend them.

From the initial engineering visit to the final check everything went like clockwork. The Cascade Radon team really knows what they are doing from start to finish. Great workmanship as well, cutting through the slab and running the PVC pipe where it was not too intrusive. They were very punctual and did all the clean up. We were very satisfied.

I hired Cascade Radon to conduct a test at a home we are in the process of purchasing. They were able to get the test set-up within days of my call, with results back within minutes of their equipment pick-up. They were super responsive and informative.

it went awesome! Tad from Cascade Radon and Rick and Devin the electricians from Pro-Stat Electric did a really good job. all were professional, the work was clean looking, everyone cleaned up after theirselves. really a professional job all the way around.

Halden came out to look over the house and discuss location options for the system. A few weeks later, the installation guy cayme out and did an excellent job of installing the system in about 4 hours. The electrical contractor also did excellent work. Their workmanship, punctuality, and work ethic were great to see.

Scheduled a time to do the test, showed up on time to both set up and take down. Quickly received their report.

Cascade Radon recently installed a radon mitigation system for us at an older home that we purchased. Jim explained to me the benefits of installing a radon mitigation system to reduce the radon levels in our home to comply with EPA safety standards. The radon level in our home was too high--causing a health hazard for our family. Jim proposed placing the radon mitigation system on the side of our home in such a way that the system isn?t visible from the street. So the radon mitigation system isn?t noticeable to the casual observer. Eric and a co-worker installed the mitigation system that includes vent pipes and an exhaust fan to vent the radon gas from our home. They were very professional, efficient, and completed the work in a timely manner. The work is excellent. The mitigation was successful. The radon level is now safe for us, and the exhaust fan is very quiet. The cost of the work included all permits, fees, disposal, and air monitoring required by state and federal agencies.

Cascade put in a radon remediation system into my basement. This company seems to really know their business and is priced very fair. CJ did the work and was professional, polite, and efficient. I knew that this remediation system relies on creating a vacuum under the foundation to draw the radon out, so I made sure that CJ knew there was a cut out of about 1.5x1.5ft in the foundation where the basement bath tub pea trap was. The wall next to the tub is presently open, giving access to the foundation cut out. CJ took care of this easily with some hardening foam that will allow for that needed vacuum, but that can be removed if there is ever a plumbing issue. He went the extra mile laying some metal mesh down before adding that foam, since I had a concern about little critters some day tunneling up through that foundation break. I was grateful for this. I would highly recommend this company for radon remediation.
