They removed small tree trunks, and many roots & lots of sod in an areas where they were replaced by varied sized rocks and lush artificial grass. Carlos replaced broken sprinkler heads and added new ones. Also replaced & repaired several new courtyard lights. The crew arranged many large & small pots filled with plants and flowers. "Kevyn called to let us know he was 10 minutes away. He cleaned out a second story gutter and the downspouts on the back side of the house. Then he washed all of our windows, inside and out, and left them sparkling clean, with clean window tracks. His manner is cordial and thoroughly professional. I think he was at our home for 3 to 3-1/2 hours. The only downside to the experience was the oil spot his truck left on our expensive driveway. When I told him about it after he was gone and I discovered it, he apologized, said he wasn’t aware his truck was leaking oil, and offered to come back and try to clean it off. I declined his offer, and elected to work on the spot myself. I don’t have before and after photos to show, but we were thoroughly pleased with the work Kevyn did for us, and will call him the next time we need the services he offers."

Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously.
