"Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"

"We recently expanded a deck, added a patio cover, and are putting a hot tub underneath this second floor deck. There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid, but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid."

I couldn’t even tell where the work was done. He moved my sprinkler heads and added one. I will hire them again in the future for sure. Price was very competitive. He was very professional. Called me back right away after my inquiry. Was early for the appointment to go over what I wanted to do. Listened to what I wanted, and gave me some advice as well. He went above and beyond. "Do you have a yard full of bark chips (or weeds), and you’d like a lovely landscape instead? Calling RCS Landscape is a good start. After contacting 7 landscapers through Angie’s List (3 of whom never called me back), I got 4 quotes for work in my back yard. Ricardo’s was the most reasonable, and he was able to start work sooner than the others. He answered all my questions as the job progressed. I have difficult access to my back yard, and Ricardo and his team were willing and able to work with it. They did a professional job on my retaining wall and paver path and patio, plus they were very patient in helping me place my boulders. In addition, they were personable, considerate of my neighbors and cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple of things that did not get communicated during my project. While Ricardo was able to fix one of them, it was too far along in the project to fix the other. I chose to do my own planting and mulching. With the professionally installed hardscape already in place, the end result is a serene and delightful spot I now call My Happy Place. My friends and family love it too! I would definitely put RCS Landscape on the list of people to call if I needed more work done."
