I've got exposed aggregate and someone had previously blasted it with too high a pressure, eroding the concrete base . I needed a more gentle cleaning. Jose showed up promptly at 8:00 Saturday morning. He was very nice, explained that he was going to measure and determine the final price before beginning work. I like that, no surprises. I had been offered the $99 rate for 1000 sq ft and .15 for each additional sq ft. I didn't expect to pay $99 as I knew I had more sq ft so the quote of $189 did not surprise me. "I called Pablo on Thursday afternoon, he came by that same late afternoon to look at the job I described and he and his crew arrived Saturday morning to do the work. They smoothed the rough and uneven ground that had contained rocks and laid out flagstones with plants of small herbs in the openings. They laid compost around the entire yard front and back and in the process cleaned up some weeds that I still had after I went over it the day before. They trimmed the low handing branches of two trees that brushed the gound, raising the base enough to spread the compost under the trees. They replaced some of the cuts I accidentally put in the main drip line as a result of planting things and replaced a broken sprinkler head. Pablo explained that he also evened out the water quantity that the sprinkler was putting out in the garden beds, some were too close and watered too much, others were too spread out so now they are more evenly dispersed. Pablo and his crew finished within a few hours and the result is lovely. I have used Pablo previously a year and a half ago and found him hard working and reliable also thorough and precise with his care of the yard. "
