Dale performed the scope of work for the agreed upon price. He is friendly, professional, and a good communicator. He trimmed my giant tulip tree away from my house and sidewalk and away from power lines. The tree now has a nicer shape, and is free of dead limbs. He left the area of work around the tree nicer than he found it. I would recommend Dale to others with tree trimming needs.

I wish we had discussed what exactly they were going to do as far as cutting back my tree. I was disappointed because even though they pruned it back there were still several branches blocking view tjst my husband ended up clipping. He was timely even though we never discussed when he would come by. Next interaction I will remember to say those things.

I am so thrilled with my yard, tree removal. Iâ m a huge fan of trees so I let several get too big in my smallish yard. Plus I had a very large ornamental cherry with wilt that was finally end of life. The walk through and planning w/Dale gave me a good feeling - each tree plan was detailed. So the day of removal - I couldnâ t watch - while he assure me they would do their best with the rest of the yard and plants I was scared. Ultimately I was truly amazed by the job! It seemed they plucked the tree from above, cleaned up all the debris, raked and barely touched the environment. The big Cherry and even 3 other 12â -14â that were squeezed in, and trimming other plants squeezed up against my house. Absolutely priceless results, wonderful sense and eye!! Thank you! Thank you! Silent Rock Tree Service took down a large, diseased dogwood in my yard. Dale, the certified arborist/owner, was punctual, informative, and diligent. I have many plants growing around and under the tree and he took extra care to skillfully place cut branches away from the garden. The area was cleaned-up beautifully. Dale gave me 5 Star Service. Dale was kind, curtious, fair and professional. He explained the process for a complicated limb removal on a very large tree that impacted my neighbors. I had several bids done at the time but no one matched Dales thourough explinations and proffesionalism. Iâ ve used Dale and his team twice and both times they were on time, on budget and took care in cleaning up and putting everything back after their work. This company did outstanding work. Showed up on time. Did under budget. Very respectful. I used this company for years they Are always consithreat and willing to work with the homeowner.
