I've lived in my home for a dozen years and finally decided to remodel the basement into a family room for the kiddo. Benji was thoughtful and precise, in communications, budget and build out. We also wanted a nook for the cat box so we wouldn't have to deal with the smells while enjoying our new room. They built a closet under the stairs with enough room for storage and cat box. They went above and beyond and blew our minds with their solutions. I really appreciate Benji's work ethic and passion, and patience with me as I had last minute ideas and modifications. We were on a tight budget -- Benji understood and worked to find the best quality of materials for the best price. I also appreciated how they repurposed materials from the Rebuilding Center, as sustainability is a priority in my household. Every day that Benji and their team was in our home, I felt safe and appreciated, they were so friendly and thoughtful -- i can't recommend them enough and look forward to the next project with them!!

Benji built a porch addition on the front of my house. I had previously remodeled the inside of the house, and had a sliding door to nowhere... just waiting for the budget and time to have a porch build-out. Benji came by in the heat of summer, and built the porch, stairs and pergola over the course of just a few days. They were really communicative with me, did a great job of listening to my needs and wants, and knew when to take the lead when I wasn't sure what would be best. I'm really grateful for the work they did, and a year later am happy with how my plants are growing through the hog-wire panels, and how my dogs love to spend their days lounging around in the sun.
