Vlad did a great work. He was very efficient, not even cleaned/treated roof and cleaned the gutter, also recommended to install the gutter guard to prevent clogging and minimize the future cleaning. Vlad gave a reasonable quote and even recommended shops to buy quality materials. Will hire him for the future work.

I?m VERY pleased with the gutter and roof cleaning that Volo provided. Vladimir went up on the roof to inspect it before giving me a quote. The gutters are larger than most yet were very full; he cleaned them out by hand first (which took time) then used leaf blower at a low speed to clean the rest of the roof and last remnants from the gutters. He sealed where we had a small leak and applied moss killer along every roof line and below the roof line too. Before leaving he picked up the minor debris on the patio and front walkway and driveway; no messes in our landscaping either. Did this for 2/3 the price of what my neighbor paid for a quicker more rushed blow-and-go job a couple of months ago. Vlad was friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use him again!!

He completed the job and found that some of the vents needed new gaskets so replaced those. He was very pleasant.

Great work and attention to detail!

Poor workmanship- window caulking cracked within 36hrs. Poor communication- when asked to return to fix issue. No show twice to fix issue. Used racial slur. Treated me like I didnâ t know what I was talking about, but then he had to return to fix his method. Very disappointing.

Vladimir cleaned the debris from the roof, power washed the gutters and cleaned the dryer vent. A 5 star experience. I highly recommend.

Bald cleaned my gutters and installed new down spout screens. He responded promptly to my query. He did what I wanted done. My only complaint is that he dumped the old metal screens into the compost bin. I fished them out and put them in the recycle bin.
