"We worked with JDI Construction for several months while waiting for our loan. They offered several suggestions while we planned the project, some we took and some we chose against. As the project went on we decided, after the fact, to include most of the original suggestions. JDI was quick to adjust to our changes although it would have been easier if we had done it that way in the first place. The team they brought in for demolition, inside and outside work, roof, siding, tile, floor, plumbing, electric were amazing. Everyone was polite and professional. The project was done ahead of schedule although we added things toward the end stretching it out a bit, but that was on us.
