Well, due to backorders, the project is still on-going. However, they pointed out problems that a previous bid did not notice. The bid they sent was very thorough and professional. They are very responsive and quick to answer e-mails. The workmanship is excellent! I am very pleased with the service I have received from Decco Designs, LLC.

We hired Decco Design for a siding repair job and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a siding contractor. Nik worked with me via text to put an estimate together, and got me scheduled for the work the next week. He and Demitri came out and did a fantastic job on the repair, were extra careful coming through the house with equipment and materials, and left the site sparkling clean. Will definitely use them again for any work we might need.

Best contractors I worked with. Their work is excellent and they gave me alternatives to some situations we run into. I would rate their value to money as a ten if I could.

Very friendly professional young men who answered my questions and they made some suggestions that were very helpful. If all of the people that I have to use to complete projects at my house, or do any repairs, were like them, I'd be extremely happy! I'd happily recommend these two young men to anyone needing help with their home projects. They even cleaned up the area after they were finished and I do mean cleaned up everything! Others only half clean up, leaving things for me to pick up afterward. You cannot go wrong hiring these young men to make repairs needed on your house. They found and repaired all of the dry rot on both my house and my pump house/greenhouse. Great Job Guys!!!

I thought that Nix and Dimitry did a great job for the repair of the siding on the front of my town house. They were very flexible with our schedules. They clean up really well each day before they leave. They also painted my entire house. The paint job looks great. There was a few spots that needed to be touched up but they came back to do that which I appreciated. The cost was at the high average range for the painting job, but like I said it looks nice.

Decco Design is run in the most efficient manner I have ever experienced in working with a residential contractor. They do what they say they will do and are very good at explaining the details of the task. They are conscientious and most knowledgeable about their trade. I will absolutely hire them again when there is a need.

Nic and his team were quick to come to my home and give me an estimate on the work to be done - fix vinyl siding, clean roof and gutters, and pressure wash the house. They were professional, courteous, on time, did quality work, and cleaned up afterwards. When the pressure washing broke a vent cover, they came out the next day with a new one to replace it. Highly recommended.

The entire process from contacting HomeAdvisor online to job completion took one week. Nik was flexible in the format of his estimate responsive to a shared fence situation and our request to price a basic job and a more extensive job as recommended by Nik. Pricing was competitive for both. Work was completed expeditiously in unfavorable weather conditions. Would use Decco Design again.

There were here when they said they'd be here. Did not try to up sell. Jobsite was kept clean. I like them and will hire them again.

They were the only ones out of 6 companies that looked at the job to actually give me a written estimate. I'm not sure if the job was too small for most of the companies or what. Because of the type of damage (replacing water damaged siding). we knew there would likely be hidden damage. After removing and finding framing damage-They were very thorough in explaining and showing what needed to be done. The price was commiserate with the complexity of the job. And they didn't damage my drywall that was unaffected by the leak which I am extremely grateful for!!!. Hard to do when replacing the frame that the drywall was nailed into!!! All of this was done with a permit and multiple inspections. They also cleaned up each day and very throughly at the jobs end. Making sure that the painter that they subcontracted with touched up every little thing (things I didn't notice). I would definitely hire them again and probably will on my new old house!

Decco Design exceeded my expectations - they communicated well, ensuring that I knew how project was going, and when unexpected dry rot, or other problems came up - they ensured that they showed me, discussed options before moving forward. I enjoyed having them do the work and very happy with results. The reason I chose Decco Design over the other two companies that gave me estimates was the thorough inspection they did and the fact they included me in that inspection. The other companies seemed to just want to replace with more expensive hardi, and did not spend much time inspecting my home.Decco Design listened to me, and gave me pros and cons to consider. Throughout the project, Decco Design was professional but personable. They cleaned up at end of day, and respected our property. I love the way my new fence and siding look now that it is painted...have already received compliments from several neighbors!

They were always prompt, always courteous. And anytime I had a question or concern they addressed it immediately.
