"I was having my garage floor coated so Gates came out to remove, service and then reinstall the water heater after the floor had been finished. I also had them add a foam pad underneath to keep it from sitting on anything cold. He recommended adding 2x4 pieces to help brace the unit which I took him up on. They worked through a scheduling conflict and were awesome at showing up when needed to remove in time for the project in the morning and coming back later in the afternoon so hot water was on before we never knew it had been missed. Very professional people, from the office to the job site and VERY fast with their communication! Highly recommend."
