"I reviewed Ziebart Cons. a year and half or so ago and let everyone know that we would recommmend them for all your remodel needs. Just wanted to folllow up on that review. We had some ceiling texture start to peel above the master shower area. This was at least 6-7 months after our one year warranty had expired. Matt came and took a look and said that the texture must not have been applied correctly and that he would have it taken care of asap. With no charge to us. He could have said your warranty is up... but he did not. That is the kind of customer service we really appreciate."

"I?m really happy with the work my contractor did on my bathroom, kitchen, and deck. He was professional, showed up when he said he would, and paid attention to the small details. The bathroom looks clean and updated, the kitchen is way more usable now, and the deck turned out sturdy and looks great. It was just him working on everything, and he got it done without any hassle. "This project was for remodeling 3 bathrooms and a total kitchen remodel. The construction workers were very skilled. They were very good about listening to our suggestions along the way. I would suggest that the construction foreman be present along with the salesman when the project is estimated so that technical issues and be better clarified. For example, we removed carpet and installed DVT vinyl flooring which resulted in different leveling issues. These issues could have been resolved early on rather than brainstorming solutions with the workers at the ends. The project was done on time as scheduled even though we added some changes along the way. The electrical subcontractor should have clarified options for wiring for the kitchen better. The only negative comment I can make is that we thought the cost was a little high, however the quality was very good. The final project is beautiful."
