I asked Neli to stop charging me, and nothing happened, I then went to the "live chat" option on their website and asked how to stop getting charged, I Never got an answer and they just kept charging me, Then they requested that I rate the CHAT!!! "Came out to do warranty work on a pump head they'd recently replaced, were timely and did the work in the agreed upon time. However afterwards they started showing up demanding payment. It was confirmed warranty work ahead of time and at time of service, I was so confused. Calls to the office were denied or flatly answered 'pay your bill you cheap ***' Time went on and it went to collections, I showed up in small claims court with my stack of evidence, they didn't show up. Another two years go by. 'When are you going to pay your bill' What? This is crazy - all for some warranty work. Call any other well or pipe person in the area - there are some great ones that will stand by their work and won't jerk you around or change their mind after the work is done. HPS does not deserve any of your money - call *anyone* else"

"For a recent kitchen remodel I purchased several appliances from Johnson Brothers. After less than a year the induction cooktop began failing repeatedly. Neither Johnson Brothers or the manufacturer's repair service were able to repair the unit. After finally filing a complaint with the BBB the manufacturer replaced the cooktop with a new unit but the issues had not been corrected in the new unit by the manufacturer so I chose to purchase a different more reliable brand. Johnson Brothers were happy to sell me a more expensive cooktop but would not accept the new unopened cooktop for credit towards the new more expensive purchase. It would have cost them nothing to return the new unopened cooktop to their inventory where they could easily have sold it but they chose not to provide that support to me. Their refusal to support their customer led me to purchase my new cooktop from another dealer that offered better customer support. I will not do business with Johnson Brothers again."

"I purchased a dishwasher and an above-range microwave from Costco, both within a few months of each other. (Rats chewed up my former dishwasher's wiring and ruined the whole unit.) On both of these installations, my experience with A-1 was nothing but very positive. These guys really know their way around kitchen appliances! They had some issues with removing the old microwave, but Cole figured out a workaround and managed to get the thing out. Our only real issue has been with Costco, because the store doesn't bother checking with A-1 before setting a delivery date. Then A-1 has to change the date because they're backed up. That glitch is all on Costco, not A-1. We've had many contractors and installers in our home, but A-1 is the best! You can count on them to work quickly, efficiently, and carefully. They're very courteous, too. God bless A-1 Installations! (I wasn't compensated for this review, by the way.)"

"It went smoothly. They always kept in touch with email's & phone calls. They called 1/2 hour before scheduled time to say they were on their way. The laid down mats to protect my floors. The cleaned out the insert and vacuumed all around so not to spill any debris into the room. They were worth every penny. They said the stove was about 600 lbs. They carefully explained about the EPA needed proof that the stove was removed & destroyed which I had no idea it was needed."

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
