The actual tech who came to the house was great. Paddocks itself was marginal. It two over 2 weeks to fix the appliance. It took a week just to get the initial appointment. I would hire again ONLY because there are no other options in the community. If there were other options I'd look into them.

I DON'T RECALL THE EXACT DATE, SOMETIME IN 2012. I HAD A MORCROWAVE REPLACED. IN 2011 I BOUGHT A NEW WASHING MACHINE THAT I AM VERY PLEASED WITH. THEIR PRICES WERE BETTER THAN THE LEADING APPLIANCE STORES.

COMPARING PRICES WITH OTHER RETAILERS, I FOUND THE BEST PRICES FOR THE SAME PRODUCT WERE CHEAPER THAN OTHER DEALERS. THE PRODUCT LIVED UP TO THE INFORMATION I WAS GIVEN WHEN SHOPPING. THE WASHING MACHINE HAS OUT PERFORMED ANY OTHERS I HAVE OWNED.

I have known Lorna and Rod Paddock for many years as both were students of mine in High school. When Rod's mom and dad retired, they took over the business. They have suucceded better than anyone could have imagined! Their inventory is up to date, their service department is absolutely top notch, and their friendly, helpful, and competive nature have placed them on the top of my list. I have purchased my appliances from them for the last 20 years. I actually paid more for one appliance that I could have bought for less money somewhere else! ;I wouldn't buy my appliances from anybody else.
Last week my cooktop cracked because there was a manufacturer's problem. I called her on Monday and she called me back on Tuesday and told me that the new top was on its way and was covered by warranty. I asked what the charges were and she said and quot;Noneand quot;! I will pick up the new top on Thursday and have it in for the weekend!
In this world of and quot;have a nice dayand quot; said by rote with no meaning, Paddock's Enterprises really means it. Their customer service should be patented and sold to other stores! They set an example of how to take care of a customer!!
