They cleaned my gutters but left excess debris in my yard which I had to pick up. I offered to pay extra $$ for spreading of Moss Out (four cans that I purchased myself) on my very walkable roof and they charged me $200 extra. The gutter cleaning left brown, wet debris on the outside of the gutters, and when I asked them to clean just a portion on the front gutter of the house the owner was not happy. I just wanted them off my property. They were in and out in 1 hr. Last weekend I spent hours muscling an extension ladder around the back and sides of my house to clean the brown muck off the gutters and spread more Moss Out in areas of my roof they completely missed. I called their office to complain and was told they would call back to discuss. Never have heard from them. I was out $$ and a lot of personal time to complete a job I paid someone else to do.

It made a huge difference in presentation!  Michael advised which windows to clean vs leave alone after assessing them (many were quite bowed).  He and Zack(?) were super nice, patient, and professional.  The windows look fantastic.

Used once before and did a Great job,this time however  he asked for $20 when he forgot that it was 2 stories,  had no problem with that-proceeded to clean inside while his coworker did the outside-he uses filtered water from his own truck -he hand 
squeegeed the inside while the outside was done with a scrub brush on a telescoping pole and they scrub and left to dry without a squeegee-
after they left the -sun comes in on a Western exposure the windows had streaks -with all the water from the pole extension it was running from window to window
We called and sure enough he came back out and from the get go he was just trying to prove that he did his job right and would not listen to our concerns
he said that we had existing problems that we didnt notice before-he took a razor blade and scraped  our window  and commented this only gets this way after 4  or more years-? This is a Log house on the Sandy River with 26 foot high wall of windows-We NOTICE!
It was best at this point to walk away and head down and do some fishing  rather than have this gentleman call me a liar.

They do an awesome job of cleaning.  I was really surprised at what they can do.  They were on time and efficient.  I'm very happy with their work and will be using them in the near future.  I highly recommend them.

Mike and his subordinate, Sheldon, did a very thorough, professional job. Mike was very personable and friendly in the initial bid process, and in the post walk-through; making sure that we were satisfied with the job they had done. They kept to their appointment schedule - almost to the minute. Suffice to say, we'll have them back again.

Very responsive to my initial contact call. Gave a fair estimate and Michael and Joe did a thorough and professional job. I would not hesitate in giving them a high recommendation.

Michael and his wife are very professional and do window cleaning, gutters, and pressure washing. I found him doing my neighbors windows a few years ago. He is honest and hard-working.

This was a very tough job. The panes are very heavy and easy to break. The mounting for each is not quite right so it's very difficult to get them off and then back on. The work done was amazing. It looks like there is no glass at all! They even cleaned the inside frames. The on-site estimate and work (including coordinating with another contractor working on-site) all happened within one day. They were pleasant, fast and very easy to work with.
