"Looked for someone to clean my drains outside and saw Grumpy's Drain Service - name drew me in, family owned with photo had me calling. "The crew who came to the house included: Chris, Josh, Christian and Jeff. They were all very professional and they explained very clearly what work needed to be done and where they would need to cut into walls and ceilings. We have a 3 bathroom house with a full finished basement. The crew attempted to make easy cuts for me to repair. The house was as clean as can be expected after two days of work. The job was done completely and thoroughly. We had an issued with the shut off valve and they returned the next day to fix our issue and Josh came out he was professional and friendly. "The job was well executed. Compliments to everyone at Speedy Septic. Hayden Buley was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I called several other septic system installers on listed on Angie's list who were either booked far into the future, or who did not respond to messages. Hayden made an appointment and came out to inspect the site as agreed and on time. He was very personable and professional. He set up a second meeting involving Mr. Rooter. He then provided an emailed cost estimate. One uncertainty in cost was whether the drain field needed to be replaced. This could not be determined until it was unearthed and inspected. Fortunately the drain field was still functioning well. A new distribution box was needed, and the drain field pipes were cleaned with the "Jetter" and all was well. The job took a little longer than planned due to bad weather. Our only winter snow and ice storms happened while the job was underway. We live on a fairly high hill and the snow and ice conditions were fairly bad, so I can't fault Speedy Septic for having the job take a little bit longer than planned. Then made sure that we had functioning toilets throughout most of the job, always when their work day was done. I'm happy to report that original cost estimate was very accurate. Compliments to all of the Speedy Septic and Mr. Rooter crew. They worked hard in some very cold and nasty weather to get the job done."

"Great. He found the metal blocking the disposal and saved me having to install new one. Tightened my faucet in about half a minute. Replaced line and shut off valve to my dishwasher, increasing my water pressure. Showed me how to take toilet fill valve apart to clean out rust so I did not have to call them again."

"Wonderful! The HVAC crew were excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficent! They came in, evaluated the job, then got right to work. First day replaced the furnace, it was up and running by the end of the day. Day 2 they started installing the A/C unit. Every day they cleaned up, making sure we, and our grandchildren would be safe, leaving nothing dangerous. The entire crew HVAC, Plumber, gas piper, and electrician were conscientious of keeping our carpet, and house clean, taking off shoes, or donned bootees. Every step of the work being done was explained, double checked that it was what we wanted. Beau the plumber was excellent! He hated telling me that the old pipes were in need of replacement. I knew this was a high likelihood, as the house is over 69 years old. And the pipes were original. He got right to work, he made sure we had running water before he left all but one day. Which was very nice. The water heater move and install went fast! He found the basement bathroom had pipes that were illegal in homes. He was advantageous in having me call the county, as he was certain the basement bathroom was not legal. He spent over 4 hours pleading the case with the county for allowing him to fix the problems found. The county agreed to let him fix the bathroom, and they certified it. (If he hadn't done this, likely the county would have ordered the bathroom completely gutted, and plans submitted for a complete rebuild!) A huge thank you to Beau!!! The rest of the work is now complete. We only have Sheetrock to repair, Roth was able to recommend "The Patchman" and he will start Thursday. Roth Heating and Cooling is a wonderful local company! I look forward to a long relationship with them!"

Expert drain technician, Jerry Bales, went over the entire house's main line drain system with many curves with his camera and found the exact location of the clog and cleared it.
