We are a family-owned company, founded by Pablo Guzman and his son, Pablo Guzman Jr. In our team, I, Pablo Guzman, first started This company as Paulexteriorexperts, my son joined me and we have now changed our name to Terrace View. I manage the labor, while my son oversees the business operations. With 7 years of experience in yard care and 20 years in the construction industry, I've gained expertise in various areas, including fences, decks, and patios. We are dedicated to providing you top-quality service to meet your property's needs.

I have a siding that needs to be replaced. Out of a few companies from Home Depot Prof Referral program, Terrace View and one more contractor actually showed up. Pablo Sr, thoughtfully assessed my situation and explained to me what and how must be done. We agreed on a price and a time. Pablo Jr. and Mario arrived timely. Mario, with years of experience, led the replacement. It was very well done. They cleaned up before leaving. A satisfying experience, indeed.
