"We hired Stan to do our kitchen remodel. I had 4 other contractors give me bids. Two would only give me a rough estimate unless I wanted to spend $5,000-$15,000 thousand for their designers. One other one gave me a loose bid but it wasn’t the contractor that came out it was a lady who worked for them. Stan was the last one to come out and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much after all the others. He was professional, prepared with questions that no one else asked like; what kind of counters with pamphlets to look at so he could give me a proper estimate and what kind of backsplash and cabinets I wanted. He took measurements, gave me some advice on things to do and not. By the time he left I was impressed and sold! I told my husband if he comes back and its compative then we found our guy. When His estimate came in it was broken down, easy to read and fair! He was hired! Stan did an outstanding job on the remodel. He was everything you want in a contractor-fair, hardworking, honest, punctual and kind. His work is beautiful and he is a bit of a perfectionist. One of the cabinets had apparently some chips at the very top (I couldn’t see it!) so he took it off and took it back to the cabinet makers to have them repaint it for us. He worked long hours to make sure it was done and right! Also having four littles at home, I was a bit nervous about having a bunch of guys coming in and out of my home. Everyone that Stan brought in my house were kind and respectful. So as my kids called him, Stan the Man is the only contractor I will ever use and we are already talking with him about finishing our loft space. Do yourself a favor and call him, you wont be sorry! His work will speak for itself!"

" I had no idea where to shop for all of our new stuff so John referred us to CFM for our hardwood floors and Greg was a good sales person. We had some flooring picked out that was kind of expensive and he showed us some that was almost the same but was a lot less money and it was one of the hardest flooring types available. We were very happy with the product and will recommend them to anybody looking for flooring. John told us about a custom cabinet maker that he said were very good and reasonably priced so we went there to look at different styles and see if they had something we liked. Its called Amcraft cabinets, we met with Mark and he showed us so many different styles, wood types and colors and so many options that we found just what we wanted. Then they came to our house and measured everything. A couple days later they sent us a 3-D picture of what the cabinets would look like in our house before we had to purchase them. We also got some options like Lazy Susan shelves for the blind corners and a spice rack and some under counter wine glass holders. They came and installed them and they fit perfect and they look so good. I didn't think we were going to afford something so nice but they were very reasonable. Once again I would recommend them to anyone looking for custom cabinets. Then John told us about Alpha Stone. We dealt with a lady named Kirsten and she showed us so many types of countertops that we had no problem finding what we wanted. They have many types of stone to choose from and since we had a sample of the flooring and cabinet wood we got just the color we were looking for. They installed it and it fit perfect. We just love the granite countertop. Its definitely a great place to shop for stone countertops. John had his electrician put 5 new lights and new plugins in the kitchen, what an improvement that was. We also bought a new range, dishwasher and refrigerator and John had his plumber hook up water pipes to them and a new drain pipe to the new sink. Then put it all in place for us. Its a kitchen to be proud of that's for sure. John is so good to work with and does little extra things that make it better yet. When he was there working my dogs got mad because they couldn't come in the house and they tore the trim off my outside garage door and I traded John some paint for some new trim and he installed it also. real good deal for me. We had an ugly old light at our front door, I bought a new one and John installed it for me for no charge. He also put new trim around our front door that I didn't even know we were getting and it really looks good. It was really nice working with John and Brian. They always cleaned up there mess when they were done for the day and they let us leave the  refrigerator and a couch in the house while they worked and they moved them around as needed. I used JAW a couple of years ago to upgrade our bathrooms and was completely happy with their work then also. If we need more home improvements we will use JAW again. John helped us get a lot nicer products than I ever thought we could afford and I am really proud to show people our house. "

"My partner found Paliy and hired them for a major remodel project - remodeling our master bathroom. We needed to basically gut everything and redo it all - tile, vanity, lighting, tub and shower. We had just finished working with Pacific Bath Company for a simple LuxStone shower install for our guest bathroom, which was a total train wreck. After that project, I was frankly dreading working on a big remodel considering how difficult it was to work with Pacific Bath Company just for a single shower. I was expecting supply chain disruptions, employee turnover issues and delays in getting back to us with answers. But Nazar quickly proved to us that we had absolutely nothing to fear with Paliy, even though this was such a big project. He was very responsive. He was great at trying to set our expectations and find issues that could cause possible delays. Since we were still novices at remodeling, it was such a relief to work with someone who was patient and extremely detail oriented. For example, we selected and purchased all of the materials for the remodel. Nazar made sure to check the sizing for the medicine cabinets that I wanted to be inset into the wall. He made sure I understood that the fit wasn't ideal for the existing wall type. He explained that either there would be a slight amount that would not be completely flush or I could order a different size. I think the cabinets look great even though not completely flush with the wall (by only like - a half an inch) and we told him that we didn't need to reorder anything. What I appreciated though was that he wanted to make sure that for every single detail, down to the half an inch, our expectations were met. He was also great at making sure we understood our options. His electrician and tile guy were also a cut above the rest for sure. Everyone that came to our house (we continued to live in the house during the remodel, which was a bit tricky since I work from home) was incredibly polite. We expected a few hiccups here and there given the size of the project, but there wasn't any single issue that Paliy didn't make right. I think the bathroom is stunning and it turned out better than I had imagined. I was shocked that they basically finished on time (even though we needed to order a custom glass door)! I would not hesitate to hire them again for another project. They were extremely dedicated to making sure the construction deadline was met and no question was left unanswered. The main thing I would have done differently (if I could do it again), was to have learned about them sooner and hired them to do my guest bathroom shower as well!!!!"

"Was looking for estimates to build and install two bathroom vanities. They responded right away about installing my pre-built vanity. As I am still working on completing the floor where the vanities will be installed, nothing has been done on the project so far. I will check back once I have the flooring done."

"I have used this service twice, first to work on finishing the basement in my 1930 house. They did a fabulous job of transforming a drab, cold space into an inviting area. They did everything from giving me a much needed linen c!oset, removing cheap and dated paneling and adding texture and paint to the walls, and turning a dark and scary stairway into a bright and beautiful passage. I rehired them last year to work on my dark and dingy kitchen. It is now a beautiful, world class kitchen. They took out the old false ceiling and now I have beautiful high ceilings. They cabinets were old and varnished but serviceable. I didn't want to destroy them, so Lo's stripped off the old varnish and painstakingly painted them. While they stayed very c!ose to my original plan, they offered advice that helped being the whole kitchen together. My once sad little kitchen is now one of my favorite rooms in the house. I had an old pipe burst earlier this month, causing damage to my beautiful basement. I am in the process of hiring Lo's for the third time. "We did a complete home remodel using JDI construction. Remodel included all new LVP floors with baseboards throughout, all new interior doors including trim, window trim, complete guest bathroom with custom built vanity and cabinet heated tile floors, complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets new countertop tiled backsplash vent hood lighting and custom built-in bar area with cabinets, complete master bathroom with new tile heated flooring walk in shower with custom glass door vanity and storage cabinet. Key points: ON BUDGET! In any extensive remodel things always come up. Art and his team have great customer service! If anything needs to be fixed or changed Art immediately had somebody on it, no questions asked and made sure we were satisfied. There were some delays due to supply issues from dealers but Art ensured our project was complete and done to our standards as quickly as possible. He made some suggestions for additional work. Some we accepted. If we said no there was no hassling. The tile guy he used did some of the best work I've seen. Overall we love our remodel!"
