We had an ordering hiccup and my change order so more than one visit was required. Jacob responded quickly at every turn and the delay to finish was minimal and not at all inconvenient. Jacob had great ideas and recommendations that I had not thought of and the end result is a new beautiful kitchen. Installers Juan and Edgar responsive, polite, detail oriented and easy to have around. Their clean up inside and out was perfect.
