We replaced the 1989 aluminum windows with grids and put in a Milgard windows with a black exterior. Josh Kaiser installed the product and we were very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. I watched him install the windows and he answered all of my questions with patience. He unfortunately had to work by himself after his worker, Kris didn't show up for a few days. Josh didn't complain and just kept working hard. "We had water damage due to a roof leak and we had a new roof installed recently. The bathroom had black mold, water damage in the ceiling, wall and floor. Josh came in an opened up everything and repaired all damage. He then installed new flooring, a new toilet, removed 60-year-old cabinets, installed a new vanity, tri-view medicine cabinet, light fixture and door. He was timely, prepared and worked hard every day and kept us informed daily since this was a time and materials job.
