"Gutters cleaned windows washed. This is a tough job because eaves ore 30 plus ft up and not thoroughly cleaned in four years . There are big treesâ ¦cedar and fir to one side. Also painted a fascia board damaged by squirrels and looked for other evidence of new damage. Also cleaned windows that are very large and some only reachable with a pole and brush system from ground 20-30 ft up. This was a perfect thorough and spotless job like one expects from a team thatâ  s been in biz more than 10 yrs. Took almost three hoursâ ¦charged 350 which was certainly fair since Iâ  m too old to do it myself!"

"The original install was in 2019. We bought the house in 2022. After multiple leaks and almost a dozen "professionals" out to inspect, no one could figure out why my ceiling was leaking. So, we decided to try to find who did the original roof and call them on a warranty. After the roof was installed, the owner did a bunch of additions which ended up creating a lift in the flashing and shingles the gutters were just dumping water into the crease. Within 5 minutes of inspection, Cody figured it out right away. Not only did he fix it the very next day, but he stood by his business and didn't even charge us for the repair, and is coming back to do a moss treatment next week!
