And worked with us to stay within the budget which we mutually agreed. He provided insight based on experience that allowed us to make decisions that were best for our project and budget. The subcontractors managed by The Village Builder were professional, on time, and did beautiful work. They even cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Peter managed the construction schedule to keep everything moving forward efficiently. If a delay was encountered it was communicated as early as possible. The Village Builder simply did what they said, when they said, and did not go over budget. We are super happy with our new kitchen and plan on working with The Village Builder on our next remodel. He showed up on time, every day, and took painstaking care to do the siding and painting job as if it was his own home. The siding installation, the window trim, the caulking, and the painting were all done professionally. Paul doesn't just bid a job, and then hand off the work. On any given day, Paul could be seen on a ladder or the scaffolding, and even with a paint brush in hand. I don't typically provide public reviews of contractors, but, I was impressed with Paul, his skills, integrity, and work ethic. "Superior Roof is a professional and customer focused company. The owners, Romel and Shelisa, care about their customers. They follow through as well. We scheduled our cleaning initially when the snow hit and we rescheduled a couple of times due to weather. The day of the cleaning, Romel came out the day of the cleaning and the roof came out great. "Took one day. Had a leak about 5 months later. Needed recaulking. I had hoped that for over $3000., it would have been a more permanent fix. They did come as requestd to check on it and suggested I have caulk rechecked on a regular basis. I already have roof cleaned twice a year now, so I will have them also do caulking (All Seasons out of Springfield.)"
