Project was on budget, he gave us different choices and also took time to explain the differences between them. We got daily updates about our job, including pictures and brief descriptions of the days work, which was incredibly helpful while teaching me things that will be helpful in the future. Jackson Construction wasn't the cheapest, however they focus on quality, and this was definitely true for our job. Every job/remodel will have hiccups, but he made sure everything went right, fixed any errors and has a great sense of time. the estimate on how long the job would take was very close to reality, and shockingly reliable, which also speaks to the quality of his work and subcontractors. Would definitely hire again."

And speaking of having saved this friend money, Joe's fees were always very fair in cost. More than fair. On this last point, beyond the type of savings he generated for one neighbor, several other neighbors to whom I have referred Joe have actually paid him more than his estimate because they felt he was charging them TOO LITTLE. What more can I say than that?"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
