"If there was a level higher than A+++,JCO Heating & Air Conditioning would get it from my wife and I, they deserve it. "Fred and his crew were nothing less than completely professional and highly skilled. I asked Fred to do two shower upgrades to my 1966 home, one was a tub to a shower buildout and the other was a plastic insert to a nice tile and rock shower. There was pretty bad rot damage in the plastic insert shower but Fred and his crew took care of the situation with no issues. Ultimately the wife and I changed our minds on a few things and asked Fred and his crew to do more then was originally asked for, they rolled with the added work and completed the work efficiently and to an extremely high level. I could go on and on but I think the proof is in the pudding as I am asking Frederick James Construction to rebuild my deck, along with a few other projects. Frederick James Construction the Best is the Business as far as I am concerned!"

"We have hired Paul and his team for several projects in the past several years, most recently for a kitchen remodel. He is professional, honest, the work is done to a high standard and we trust his judgment. He has replaced our windows, remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, remodeled our bedroom , built a new deck and made cedar siding to match existing cedar siding on our home perfectly. We highly recommend him."

"Replaced deteriorated exterior siding where needed, installed several new double pane windows, replaced old carpeting with new hardwood floors, coordinated subcontractors for electrical repairs and interior house painting. All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. I can highly recommend Valley Brothers Construction and will call them again if we need further contractor work done on our house."

"We had a small job to remove/replace insulation that may have been soiled in our attic from a squirrel that got up there years ago. It was mentioned in our home inspection. After going up to take a look, Sean explained he didn’t see any soiled insulation but there was a small area that had been moved away from the corner and it was effectively empty. It was really too small a job though to warrant them coming out to blow stuff in so he recommended just taking a leaf blower up there to redistribute it evenly. Brilliant idea! He also graciously took a look at our crawl space and identified some areas we should address but ones we could do on our own. He was great to talk to and very helpful and reasonable. So nice in these days of everyone trying to upsell everything. If and when we need insulation work, we’ll be calling Dr. Energy Saver! Thanks so much, Sean Becker!"
