"Paid them 600 bucks to rid my attic of whatever critter was up there. They put up some one-ways, fumigated the attic, put up a couple screens. Did not solve my problem. They could not figure out where the entry points were, so they made up some BS lies to get me to go away. Stopped answering my calls/would not return calls. Do not hire this company."

"The gentlemen working for this company are very nice and did show up on time. They came and did free estimate, which I was grateful for due to other companies quoting me double the price and not being willing to do a free estimate. They discussed plan and assured me you would barely be able to notice work done which included paint services on the outside of our home. They acted like job would be done in two visits, one to patch holes/caulk and one to paint. However, on first visit they only fixed a few holes, which was fine and left. I had to call to ensure other holes were going to be fixed, they said yes and came back a second and third time fixing the rest of the holes and another visit to paint. The multiple visits were okay I just wish there would have been better communication that it would take 4 visits to complete the job. On last visit they came to paint and instead of using "shingle match" which I was told on initial consultation, they painted light grey paint on the roof patches that looked bad especially on the front of my house. I contacted them and they were quick to come back out to fix which I appreciated, however, when they came back out they basically took a can of black spray paint and free handed on my roof with over spray getting on light grey painted trim areas. I was not home to notice when this work was done or I would have said something. You can see big difference in spray on roof vs shingles and it looks very unprofessional. They could have least blocked other areas with a piece of cardboard or something and tried to spray in a more even, regular pattern or have done a more professional job and tapped some of other areas off. I don't expect perfection, but this doesn't look great and now we will have to spend extra time/money to correct what we paid them to do. I let the company know of my disappointment in the work and was not given any response which really frustrates me since they put on their website pleasing their customers is very important to them. I would have at least expected an apology for us not being happy with their work. I did not want to have to write this review, but felt other people would benefit from this. If you just need removal of critters than they are cheaper and should be able to handle that, but if you need areas patched/painted and want quality work then I would pay the extra money or do the painting yourself. I wish I would have known before or at least waited to pay until the job was finished (which I was told I had to pay for all the work on the first visit, I don't like this policy and would not do it again). They have the money and have no need to respond to me now."

The company is always prompt with service and quick to respond to any questions. We recently changed buildings and Harmony made the transition easy for us."

"A raccoon decided to peel back a hole in the roof and move on in in the middle of the night and kept us up scratching and moving about. We called several people and one of ths guys recommended we give TJ a call. I chose TJ because he said he could come out that evening and assess the situation and set up traps and that's just what he did (most said they were a couple days out)..plus he seemed knowledgeable and his pricing reasonable. Although we didn't catch the pest, he seemed to eventually be scared off by all the ruckus! We had our roofer come out to patch up the hole and TJ said to give him a call if we had any more problems and I would not hesitate. I100% recommend you give him a call if you have wild animals trying to take over your living space. I just gave him a B just because one evening he said he would come but couldn't make it."

I and several other residents have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for several months now. During the last treatment visit, the technician was rude and unprofessional in his conduct towards me. When I said that not all the roaches were being killed (this was after two months of treatment), he lashed out and told me, "I'm trying to educate you and you're not listening." He also said that I should not expect all the roaches to be killed because he was just trying to keep them under control, not get rid of all of them. He said, "That's why it's called pest control." I expect exterminators to resolve a pest issue completely, not just make the situation a little better. If this had happened in a home that I owned, I would have kicked this man out immediately and found a different company."
