Superior Termite and Pest Control Inc.

I live in an apartment and my property management company contracted with Superior for pest control. I and several other residents have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for several months now. During the last treatment visit, the technician was rude and unprofessional in his conduct towards me. When I said that not all the roaches were being killed (this was after two months of treatment), he lashed out and told me, "I'm trying to educate you and you're not listening." He also said that I should not expect all the roaches to be killed because he was just trying to keep them under control, not get rid of all of them. He said, "That's why it's called pest control." I expect exterminators to resolve a pest issue completely, not just make the situation a little better. If this had happened in a home that I owned, I would have kicked this man out immediately and found a different company.

Superior explained everything to me by phone first, before coming out an performing the service. Mice and ants are gone! I'm now using Superior for a quarterly preventive treatment.

Dave showed up on time & did the work in a timely fashion. Very professional, but also friendly & answered any questions I had.

They did a good job. He quoted me the exact price. It was all done over the phone and they did pretty good with me. I shopped around and they were the most reasonable price. They were real professional and they showed up on the exact date and time.

Superior came to the house and did a great job. The technician sprayed the house and garage for insects and dusted the eves for spiders. Very professional and friendly!

He showed up on time and walked around my home spraying chemical. He then came in and sprayed around inside. He asked if I had an attic I said yes he asked if I would like a dust to be applied there. He explained it would help to cut down on future pests from coming into our living areas. I really hate spiders so less I see the better.

Customer service was great. Office secretary's were very professional over the phone. The guy that showed up to my home was well dressed and great manners. Will definitely be using them again.
