Critter Control

I’d give them zero stars. But that’s not an option. They removed zero raccoons. They put out pee soaked cotton balls. Cleaned zero fecal matter. They put out “cheesy Chex mix”. And destroyed my eaves. Half of the 4 screws (should be 6) aren’t even attached to the wood. Almost every vent cover is bent. They just put them over the top of the old ones. Didn’t even replace my temporary vents but told me that the cost ($2100+) was because I had 19 covers to replace. They patched a hole in the wood by glueing a jagged piece of bent metal over it. Honestly I cannot fathom how they don’t have less stars on here. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired them years ago and bought a very expensive lifetime warranty on my house. They remediated my issue, sold me a life time warranty that states if I ever have critters inside the house again the will remediate them and reseal any entry point. THIS IS A LIE! They wont come back out and take care of my property even though I have a contract in writing. They use scare tactics to sell you on the large deals that cost thousands of dollars. Please listen to me and stay away. Call any other company but Critter Control

They were very customer service oriented. They came out, surveyed the area, and did the actual service. They had cameras to make sure animals will not escape from the attic. They came back again for the forth time to inspect the whole house to make sure no animals will make a new holes.

Turns out we had rodents that were like a free buffet to a raccoon who had made a hole in the wood siding of our home. That was the evidence Critter Control found when they came out to give us a free estimate. The salesman, Michael, arrived at our house within the timeframe we had been given by their dispatcher. He located the main entry point where the raccoon had chewed through our wood siding. He explained in detail the steps Critter Control takes to make sure the rodents and raccoon are removed while making sure we would be left with a house free of rodent droppings, a health concern for sure. Their work is covered by a 10 year warranty as well. Once we established that I wanted them to do the work, we scheduled a day and time for their 7 man crew to do the work. Led by their project manager, Alvaro, they arrived right on time and went to work immediately. Some were identifying and repairing potential points of entry for rodents while others were removing the soiled attic insulation with powerful vacuums. Other than to install a motion sensing camera in our attic to monitor the raccoon’s exit from our attic, they set all their equipment up in our yard. There was no inconvenience of them going in and out of the house. They blew in 10 inches of insulation treated with boric acid to serve as a barrier to further infestations. Alvaro said they would likely conclude around 2:00. PM. They actually finished at 2:40 PM. They cleaned up after themselves and you would not have known they had been there. I am confident that they made our house far more rodent proof and cleaner. They did a great job and did it efficiently.

They were not prompt in removing the animals. They did not rebait the traps and tried to tell me they didn’t need bait. They did not communicate well AT ALL.

Crew was professional, however their salesman either doesn’t know their service or the Forman lied. We were offered for an additional fee the insulation sucked out. We opted for this, day of removal the Forman decided our attic was to small and they would remove by hand . Less efficient and took longer. Cost less but still not what we were sold, nor informed of the change before they came out. Follow was canceled do to rain, they still have not rescheduled to come remove the temp equipment and traps and do a final inspection.

So far, no issues. However, it was expensive. They recommended removing insulation ($$$$) and treating as well as sealing all exterior access to attic. Other services did not think removing insulation was necessary because animal presence was relatively new.

They were great. They did the job well and handled it with no problem. They thoroughly inspected my home including the attic to see if there was any problem. They told me that I didn't have any other problems besides the squirrels. I thought that their price was reasonable for what they did. They got somebody out here the next day.

They were excellent.

They had good prices when we compared them, they had excellent customer service, they showed up when they said they would, and they seemed to know what they were doing.

I give them an A plus for effort. They come out once a week to check their traps to see if they have caught the mole.
