It took some time but the raccoon was trapped. A trap was placed on the roof near the place the raccoon was getting in and on the ground where the raccoon would climb on the roof. Initially the agreement is for 3 weeks of work. He resets the trap with more food every few days. checks with you to see what you have noticed. Includes clean up any animal waste after. put a metal cover over the attic grate that was near the roof line to keep animals out. He does not give a free estimate.
