Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. "Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

Informed us of hard water marks from sprinkler system; used a special product to really clean those windows. Mark loves his job and it shows. While we enjoyed talking he kept working. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."
