"I called and the next day the sales rep came out to our building with samples to pick from and she was very informative about the products and professional. I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing. Also was able to schedule a sunday Installation when the lab was closed. The installer was here early, very courteous , professional and efficient. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
