Because if there is an error in measurements the delay will not be compensated for the time you need to adjust your work schedule, if you work and need to be home during the install. I had to take off two days and another one for an upcoming window that was miss measured. Excellent quality of Windows however and excellent installation professionals."

I had to call back in because i did not count the right number of windows to be done. And again the sales rep was accommodating and was able to add the windows 3 days before installing.
