My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. "I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one. I was kinda worried that the man I spoke to wouldnt remember what we talked about on the phone because he is so busy, BOY WAS I WRONG! Mark shows up and comes in and answers everything that I wanted to know and more and checks things out to make sure he has his grounds covered when he would come back for install. It was quick and simple and he only stayed a lil longer because I offered him a cup of coffee and we spoke a lil on Hvac.
