Small jobs welcome

"I have old maple flooring that was always hidden under linoleum. I had little hope that the floors could be refinished because they arenâ t really hardwood. Larry was able to sand them down and stain the floors to match the woodwork trim. He was very aware of the dust it can create and contained it. There was no mess for me and the two rooms he did are holding up beautifully. I would recommend this company without hesitation."

"Luiz and his team did an outstanding job! They were courteous, professional and most importantly great at their jobs. They removed all old flooring, repaired my subfloor, installed new LVP and quarter round. I obtained several quotes and they were the lowest. In other words, great quality at the best price. I would use them for any future jobs."

"I had my Living and Dining Room Floors plus stairs, landing and upstairs hallway done. Tim was very professional and did a beautiful job refinishing the floors in my 97-year-old home. I would recommend him highly."

Floor Sanding questions, answered by experts

Yes, they assess topography and potential risks related to flooding.

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

A land survey can take anywhere from a few hours to a month or more, depending on the size of the property, the type of survey, the property’s accessibility and topography, and the availability of historical property records. A simple boundary survey to determine a fence line can be completed in a day while surveying 50 acres of undeveloped woodlands may take weeks or longer.

A boundary survey measures the boundary lines of the property, only the length of each property line and their locations. A land survey includes a more in-depth measurement of the property, including the heights and depths of the terrain measured by a topographic survey. A boundary survey is typically the most cost-effective method for marking and measuring property lines.

You should always calculate real estate development costs on a case-by-case basis, so there’s no specific formula to estimate your total. You should speak with a local construction manager to see what you’ll need to do in terms of clearing and leveling the land, connecting utilities, and pulling permits for construction. A professional will be able to get you an accurate estimate for land development.
