They were very careful not to scratch the flooring during the install. They also made sure I was happy with the pattern. They laid out the pattern before it was nailed down. Hickory is extremely hardwood and not easy to install. Have to have the right tools and sharp blades. We love our flooring install, it is amazing. They made sure we were satisfied with the job. They removed the old carpet, repaired the floor, moved the furniture, installed new carpet and cleaned up before moving on to the next room. But I had them sand out some scratches on my steps and the color they put down was very uneven, lot of stain got on the wood trim next to the steps, you can also see their sanding marks on the steps. So my steps look like my kids stained them not a professional. I havent contacted them yet to complain, but I will."
