"When I tell you these guys are pros, they are pros. I love having referrals instead of big companies and Sandman was one of the best referrals we've ever had. They have done two of our floors and both look amazing. The first floor was a re-finish of an existing floor and the other was tearing out the entire floor and starting from the floorboards. Their process is fantastic and they usually finish one floor in about 4 days. They are also great at communication and John let's you know where you are at in the process at all times. If you want your hardwood floor done right, this is the company you want to do it. If we ever need our floors done again, I will be calling them out. On top of their great work, they are extremely nice, polite, and they will let you know when they need something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"Very professional. Responds fast to request. Did a beautiful job on my 12 square ft. solid 3/4 Hickory flooring install. Installed in 2 1/2 days the job was completed. They were very careful not to scratch the flooring during the install. They also made sure I was happy with the pattern. They laid out the pattern before it was nailed down. Hickory is extremely hardwood and not easy to install. Have to have the right tools and sharp blades. We love our flooring install, it is amazing. They made sure we were satisfied with the job. Would recommend them."

"He was very professional and does excellent work. I had a floor repair and before I could go and pick up supplies for the repair they had already repaired the floor before I returned. They removed the old carpet, repaired the floor, moved the furniture, installed new carpet and cleaned up before moving on to the next room. "The floor polyurethane coat was a good job. But I had them sand out some scratches on my steps and the color they put down was very uneven, lot of stain got on the wood trim next to the steps, you can also see their sanding marks on the steps. So my steps look like my kids stained them not a professional. I havent contacted them yet to complain, but I will."
