"Absolute 5 star customer satisfaction!!! I called CIMS about an urgent repair. Chris promptly returned my call. He was able to accommodate my work schedule and get me an appointment the same day. Matt showed up at the exact time of appointment. He troubleshot the problem down to the exact component of failure and completed the repair in less than an hour. Their prices are very fair and you can tell they genuinely care about their customer's needs. I would totally recommend CIMS to family and friends."

"Nick did an awesome job clearing out the debris and build up in the pool that sat over a year and the cover fell in! He set everything up and when he ran in to a leaking problem he cam up with a fast solution! He was also informative on things to do to make my pool life less complicated! I will definitely recommend this man for pool service to others every time!"

"Tammi and Earnest really saves this pool. They gave a real price making me feel that I was not being taken advantage of. There were supply chain delays but Tammi was there to keep us in the loop, telling what was going on. Earnest and his team worked hard! Even on the hottest days of June . For any Pool issue, I tell everyone to start here!"

"I've experienced excellent results so far.  After 1 visit I had significant and reduction in hair growth."

"It took a few days for them to get back to us, as they are super busy (but the other 20 companies I called either didn't call back at all, wouldn't come do it, or were booking weeks out). Colleen was sincerely apologetic for not being able to call back right away, and came out to get our pool into shape the next day. After a couple of visits of them working with what must be magic, our pool looks FANTASTIC!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"I had a terrible time trying to find someone to help set up my pool. B&T answered quickly and was able to schedule the install within 4 days of my request on Home Advisor. Communication was excellent and the service they provided was fantastic. My ONLY regret was that I wish I knew of them faster as I had been searching for a pool installer for 4 months. I will be hiring them for more jobs in the future!!"
