They removed the old carpet, repaired the floor, moved the furniture, installed new carpet and cleaned up before moving on to the next room. When I saw them vacuuming the first room before starting on the second room I knew I would forever use this company for all future carpet installations. But I had them sand out some scratches on my steps and the color they put down was very uneven, lot of stain got on the wood trim next to the steps, you can also see their sanding marks on the steps. So my steps look like my kids stained them not a professional. I havent contacted them yet to complain, but I will."
