This was the second job we had Rob do for us and it excelled even the last one. I don't want to prop the man up too much but he did another stellar job. When it comes time for another repair or construction need we may have, I'll be looking to Rob Repairs before anyone else.

Rob did a wonderful job recreating a bedroom/sitting area in the lower level of our home. His design was not what I initially had in mind - it was much better! He also enlarged the bathroom and walking area making everything ADA compliant. Although this is not necessary for us at this time, we are seniors and should mobility become an issue we will be able to use our new space if we we so choose. I have already scheduled Rob for additional projects and highly recommend him. Robâ s pricing was more than fair and he went above and beyond when he encountered potential issues addressing them so they were not a problem for us down the road.

Rob performs very detailed work. He treats your home like his own. Very timely and friendly. I definitely recommend him!

Rob not only installed new flooring but also had to remove existing wood flooring and install new baseboards plus quarterround. Rob really did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him.

Had 2 security lights replaced outside, an outside spigot replaced and a pipe was fixed that had a small leak in it. He had also tightened 2 loose bathroom faucet handles and adjusted my front door while he was there giving me an estimate on these small jobs He was very professional and efficient. and the cost to fix everything was a very fair amount. I will definitely call him again for any future projects that need done.

Hired Rob to install some LED canless lights in my basement as well as spray the open ceiling black. He laid everything out in detail. Provide additional insight and suggestions. After confirming he could come back and perform the job, Rob called in advance and came and got it done in a day. Our floor was rotted under and around the toilet after experiencing a minor flood. He did beyond what I thought was needed for the fix by reinforcing the existing joists, waterproofing w/ water guard overlayment then adding another layer of lauan. It was a "small" job for Rob but a "big"deal to us. The area around the toilet is now stronger than it was even before the flooding occurred w/ pictures to prove it! I'd say we were not only satisfied with the work, but moreso by his accommodating since he was booked up and managed to "squeeze us in". You can't take that for granted, and we certainly don't. Rob Bowdish does cost effective and excellent work . He has put down a large vinyl plank floor in addition to installing a vinyl fence.

Rob installed vinyl railing on my porch & side steps. They look amazing!!
