The team of two arrived promptly and proceeded efficiently with all work. They were polite and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The Plumbing SourceIt went excellent. Miciej was on time. The shower handle. could not be fixed because the handle could not be attached to the pipe. An appointment will be made to have it fixed...cutting through back drywall to stabilize pipe. The new toilet was installed. Additionally we had another worker give an estimate on sink top and removal of wall mirror which we will have them do later.- Stephen O.

Clarence was able to determine that the dishwasher was fine. Needed some white vinegar and new dishwasher gel packs. Somehow got some defective gel packs even though have always used same brand. Would definitely call him again.

My Electrolux front loading wash machine broke a spring which holds the drum in place. This caused the machine to be horribly off balance and nearly caused it to self destruct. I called Marty on a Saturday and he came to diagnose it the following Monday. He located the problem and found the spring locally. He came back Thursday and fixed the machine It is now running again like new. The cost to me was very reasonable ($225) considering it was a very hard job and he was very proficient at the task. I would have him back for any future repairs on this machine or any other appliance I have, in a heartbeat.

A guessing approach to troubleshoot issue with refrigerator and its freezer. At the end, it appears that the technician knowledge of my appliance wasn't solid. No suggestion for using measuring device and after I used it and provided the results they were interpreted incorrectly. I almost bought a new refrigerator as I was told that the refrigerator's compressor was bad but, luckily, after advice of another technician, not associated with Neli, the right part was replaced and the refrigerator is working again.
