"Savant did an amazing job on our project. They had the whole job completed in 2.5 days. The pricing was very competitive. We received several quotes for the work and Savant was cheaper than most other contractors. With the service and quality of work we received I would say they are well worth the the cost. We even had some leaking on the garage roof and where other companies had quoted us to replace all of the wood for the roof, Savant was able to replace just the rotted boards and saved us hundreds if not thousands. "Excellent work as usual! This was a rehire, so I knew what to expect. I had them paint the walls, floor and ceiling of the basement... it came out so much better than I could have ever imagined! It was Jim's idea to paint the ceiling white to brighten up the basement and then also to use deco flakes on the new grey floors. It no longer looks like the dungeon that it once did... it's a brand new basement in a townhouse that was built in 1900! I was blown away! On the exterior, they painted my front and back porch and turned my unused back patio area into off street parking (I live in the city and this will add a tremendous amount of value). To do this, they removed a portion of fence and poured asphalt to create a smooth entrance to the parking spot... they are capable of doing it all! In the bathroom, they put a new commode, vanity, reran electrical to adjust the lighting and painted. Everything came out superb! Jim always offers great ideas and executes for fair and reasonable prices! I plan on using Callahan Painting for all future contracting needs and will recommend them to whoever else is in need!"
