"Savant did an amazing job on our project. They had the whole job completed in 2.5 days. The pricing was very competitive. "Excellent work as usual! This was a rehire, so I knew what to expect. I had them paint the walls, floor and ceiling of the basement... it came out so much better than I could have ever imagined! It was Jim's idea to paint the ceiling white to brighten up the basement and then also to use deco flakes on the new grey floors. It no longer looks like the dungeon that it once did... it's a brand new basement in a townhouse that was built in 1900! I was blown away! On the exterior, they painted my front and back porch and turned my unused back patio area into off street parking (I live in the city and this will add a tremendous amount of value). To do this, they removed a portion of fence and poured asphalt to create a smooth entrance to the parking spot... they are capable of doing it all! In the bathroom, they put a new commode, vanity, reran electrical to adjust the lighting and painted. Everything came out superb! Jim always offers great ideas and executes for fair and reasonable prices! I plan on using Callahan Painting for all future contracting needs and will recommend them to whoever else is in need!"

Met with the owner and discussed various options, types of products, material and costs. There was no pressure tactics. After comparing quotes decided to go with Northeast Ohio Renovations. They worked around our schedule ( we went to Italy for four weeks ) after signing the contract. Workers were very respectful. They cleaned up the yard everyday. Foreman asked  everyday if I had any concerns. Work was completed in a timely manner and communication was very good between owner, foreman and workers. Everything was done as discussed with no surprises and professionally.
