We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

"The person that did the work was careful and efficient. We are very happy with the end result. It looks like new. The odor from the coating was pretty strong and took a few days to clear from our bathroom because the bathroom does not have a window that opens If we had been able to open a window in the bathroom the odor would probably have dissipated faster."

He was here every day minus weekends and an occasional day here and there. We even went on vacation, he still came everyday with no issues. I know Greg is booked probably through Spring 2026 but if you are looking for recommendations and not in a rush he is definitely worth contacting for a quote."

Several "exploratory" meetings with Boni, our rep and designer, finalized decisions on style and color as well as functional enhancements such as pull out drawer boxes in lower cabinets. Prior to installation, I had the opportunity to meet the owners who further increased my comfort level of doing business with The Creative Kitchen Company. Rod was our installer and was super easy to work with. But more importantly, he is a real craftsman and perfectionist. His workmanship shows in the final product, and is also evident in the little details that would go un-noticed. The project was completed in 4 1/2 consecutive days and at the end of each work day, the kitchen was cleaned up so that we could function as normal in our kitchen. We had originally worked with Matt back in 2019, and finally in the Spring of 2025 were able to begin the project. Every step of the way was very well executed. The initial plans were clear, concise and accurate. During the construction phase we got to know our builders Mike and Tom, who are absolute rock stars and know exactly what they are doing. We built a very large screened porch with some tricky roof integrations which required the utmost skill and confidence. Everything was done exceeding our expectations and we loved working with the team at River Mill.
