"After having a major pipe bust and leak issue repaired, we then had to fix up water damage as well as damage left by plumbers trying to fix our problems.  One of the damages at hand was wet insulation and wet and rotting boards holding that insulation up underneath the side of our kitchen where it meets our back porch (about 2 feet off the ground). 
Tom came out and not only removed the section that was damaged, but pulled out basically the whole row of boards and insulation that followed along where our kitchen and porch meet (not damaged, but older).  He then added all new insulation and replaced all the boarding holding it up.  His charge for all of this doesn't seem fair... to him.  
Now, when just about anything needs fixed around the house, we are ready to give Tom a call!

I originally planned on replacing the cement stairs, but they worked very well with my budget and came up with an alternate plan that I could afford and was happy with - a small deck over the existing concrete.
