Just Basements did a great job finishing our basement. Rob, the owner, was very responsive and the foreman Charlie did a great job and got the work done two weeks early. All contractors that came to do work were very respectful. The finished product exceeded our expectations. We also had them add a half bath (there was no rough in) so we were pleased with the price for all work that needed to be done. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone.

We have a walk in closet that was falling apart Rex falling off the walls drywall cracked certainly going to be a tragic moment if all let go. I called just basements as I knew they would do excellent work having done our basement years ago. They repaired the drywall installed new boards to support new shelving new racks painted ceiling and painted walls. They did excellent work and were able to complete for me in an expedited basis.

Overall, our basement finishing project was completed on time (ahead of schedule) and within budget. Charlie was great to work with and Rob was super responsive to emails and concerns that arose throughout. We would recommend them to anyone!

Overall, it went great. With one exception, the workers/contractors were professional and helpful in helping us understand what was being done, what we needed to do and any changes we needed to make. The project came in on time and budget. I would recommend Just Basements to friends and family.

From start to finish Charlie and his team were wonderful to work with - always very responsive and Charlie takes great pride in his projects. This has by far been the best experience I've had when it comes to projects for my home.Charlie and his team also always showed up whenever they committed to being at the house unlike a lot of my experiences. His team was also extremely nice. My finished basement looks awesome! We love it all. Would highly recommend them anytime.

Let me say it up front: You get what you pay for. Promptly quoted my job, was on the job on the day agreed upon and completed all work on time. Work was top notch and I will be using Just Basements again...and recommending this company to all my friends. As I look bad if I recommend a bad service provider, I usually don't want to take the risk of recommending anyone but will make an exception for the great folks at Just Basements!

Went great... Finished on time and in budget!

The remodel went great! All deadlines were met. The finished basement looks amazing. I was pleasantly surprised when connecting the TV that Just Basements installed HDMI 1.4 cables that support 4K and Audio Return Channel (ARC). I didn't think to ask for HDMI 1.4 cables even though I would have been very sad to find out I didn't have the functionality provided by cables that are now behind drywall. They made sure that it was a non-issue. That's quality. I recommend them without reservation!

Their salesman was able to quickly visualize how to divide up basement into sections and develop a blueprint. They were very responsive to questions/concerns we had. We had to stop in the middle of the project and address a major issue we were unaware of that was caused by our home builder's sloppiness. JB was great in helping us solve the problem and the price was very fair for the extra, unanticipated work they had to do. We are very happy with our finished basement.

It went very well. They were easy to work with, did quality work, and were cost effective. They did some of the following types of work for us: carpentry, electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing, insulation, drywall, doors, trim, tile, bath, and concrete. I would use them again.

The project went seamless. We had issue with getting permit Housing Association. I am happy about their professionalism and responsiveness. I can recommend Just Basements to anyone and I can share the experience.

Unbelievably amazing! The workmanship was outstanding, the people were professional and friendly, and the final "product" was more than we could have asked for. I work at home and have triplet 1.5 yr olds, so having quality people in our home was important. While some homeowners may never interact with the employees contracted to work on a renovation project, I obviously did because of my work-at-home situation. I was really impressed with the people who came to our house. The site manager and carpenter, whom I saw/worked with the most, were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and very cognizant that I had small children in the house. They were very respectful of keeping the doors closed for my babies', and by the end of the project my children always greeted them when they came in our home. In fact, one time, my baby put on the site manager's shoes while he was in the bathroom. He was so kind and sweet, as he had kids of his own, and overall it was just a very endearing moment. The very first person into our home from Just Basements was Bob, who creates the quote. We had 5 companies provide us a quote before Just Basements, and Bob is the only one I did not feel like was trying to sell us up thousands of dollars of unneeded items. Just Basements was also very reasonably priced. We had asked for some "upgrades" from our original proposal (such as the stairway and the woodwork on the columns), and Just Basements was very accommodating and easy to work with on the changes. I did not provide specific details on the woodworking for the columns, but they turned out perfect and I was very impressed with the workmanship.

Went very well.  Just basements was very good to work with.   They did a fantastic job on the basement.  Everything was done to code and all permits were pulled.   I was very happy with the results.  I would refer them again.

My wife and I would highly recommend Just Basements for your basement project. During our selection process we went to Angies List, selected approx. 4 companies at the top of the list and conducted a series of meetings. It was pretty clear from the start that Just Basements had a very strong business structure. They break down their work into 3 disciplines - design, build, and project management. The initial meeting took place with the designer. He took time to patiently explain the process to us and answered all of our questions. During our meeting he made a preliminary sketch of the basement layout. He was very customer-oriented and wanted to make sure we received the basement that we wanted. Just Basements provided a reference list and we were able to contact prior customers. All reviews came back positive. Considering overall value, they were the clear winner. From start to finish they were very professional and respectful of our home. All of their sub-contractors did very skillful work which included waterproofing, framing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, finish carpentry and painting. Whenever we pointed out small items that needed to be addressed, Rob (the owner) was very responsive and cleared the issues in a timely manner. Their customer communication was fabulous. The project moved at a steady pace and was completed according to schedule. We are very pleased with the basement appearance and quality of work. We are now enjoying family time together watching movies, etc.
