We were left scrambling after a bad floor tile job (from a big box company that shall not be named). Brian stepped up immediately after reading our Home Advisor submission (when no one else did). Tremendously helpful stepping us through buying the supplies as well (despite us being total novices). When the install proved to be more complicated than he quoted, he didn’t flinch and came through like a champ. Impeccable attention to detail, and hands down one of the friendliest and fairest people we’ve ever dealt with. A lot of contractors will turn on the “sales pitch” voice, tell you want to hear, and not follow through. Not Brian. He’s the real deal. Level headed, honest, and trustworthy. The grout is barely even dry on our first job with him, and we’re already putting the wheels in motion for the next one. Could not be happier. Do yourself a favor and contact him! "Sales Jennifer was great during the sales process. But when there was an issue with the installation day there was almost no communication. I was getting LVP, tile, and carpet and set aside 3 days for them to complete the job. No one showed up the 1st day even though I called several times to verify my appointment and was assured each time I was still on the schedule. The next day after finally getting someone from the corporate office I had to reschedule to have the work done in over 2 days and I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. The installers were on time on the rescheduled days and did a good job. (I have found one area where they will need to come back and make LVP flush with the wall...waiting on a call from installation). There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. The corporate office was apologetic and did give me a discount on the work that was done. I don't think I will use them for future work."
