Culligan of Canal Winchester

I have had nothing but great experiences with Culligan. Customer service is awesome (Bri). We recently purchased a water softener. We worked with Caleb the salesman who came out the same day we called.. he was excellent!! Spent a good amount of time with us explaining and answering questions. From the time I originally called to the time everything was installed…within the week. Steven was our installer he was excellent also…very personable and polite. He took our old softener with him, there was no mess and everything looked great! He went over the new equipment with us and made sure we understood and answered the questions that we had. This has been a stress free experience and very affordable…do not hesitate to call Culligan for your water needs. I highly recommend. Job well done Bri, Caleb and Steven!!!!

They do an excellent job. I will recommend them and use them, again.

We decided to rent a reverse osmosis system from them. They talked to us about our current water quality, options they offer, and various payment options. Installation was quick and easy. They also tested the water once the system was installed. The water tastes better than when we used a bottled water service.

I set an appointment for their representative to come to my home and test my water and give me an estimate. They never showed up and never called to cancel or reschedule. When I called them back they had no record of the appointment and refered me to a different office.

Requested Culligan to replace good water machine filters in February. Were advised that filters looked dirtier than normal with possible iron-like deposits. In May started having water pressure problems. Tracked the problems to water softener manifold. Found that water softener had resin breakthrough and deposits throughout water system. Had to replace water softener. Found good water machine to appear to also have pluggage and John (service manager) came out to correct problem with good water machine and double checked operation of new softener. John did a great job and spent a number of hours, at no charge, on the good water machine to correct all issues. Without his services Culligan would not have received straight A's. 

Service technician last year, advised me I would need to replace the inner filtration system and to plan on the cost of $200. I called and received an appointment within 1 week. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and advised me ways to save cost on future maintenance. The price was the same as quoted a year ago which was a pleasant surprise with everything else going up in price.

They did a great job. They came when they said they would and did what they were suppose to do and had no problems.

They adjusted the settings on the softener and hopefully this will take care of the problem.

Job went fine.

Not always punctual and didn't always call to let me know they were running late. Despite the work was excellent and service tech, John, was the best we have ever had with Culligan. In the past we weren't always so pleased. Work was completed over several days due to different types of work and waiting for parts to come in. Mike did try sometimes too hard to sell us things we didn't feel we needed but again, John was excellent. In fact asked for John to continue the work causing some delay when he was one day not available and different tech was available to come out sooner. Waited for John.

It went well. Whenever I call to have more bottles sent they show up within a day or two.

I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THEIR SERVICE RESPONSE.

I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
