He left damaged tiles on the floor and thought I wouldn't see it, which is silly. He put the wrong toilet then. He did things that were thoughtless, in other words not organized very well. He worked hard and did a nice job of putting in the tiles, but he was not ready to oversee his work. I did make him change the toilet because it was the wrong toilet. I had spent a lot of money on it and it needed to be the right way. He finally saw that and was very upset when I put the stop payment on the check. That was mostly because he did not do the job carefully. The price was competitive."
