I got another two estimates, but his was lowest and worked for us as no doors had to be adjusted because of the new tile. He then bought the tile for us and removed the old flooring, hauling it away, and then over a period of 4-5 days installed the new tile. The whole experience was painless. After he finished and was paid, I asked him to come back and re-do one tile, and he did promptly and skillfully. A very pleasant experience with a "non-drama" kind of guy!"
